Shipping & Duties
All orders ship from my studio in Mexico City. Most pieces are made to order, so please allow up to 2 weeks for production before shipping. Once ready, your order is sent via UPS Express and arrives within 1–2 business days. I currently ship to the USA, Mexico, Canada, Spain, the UK, and Australia.

For U.S. customers: all taxes and duties are included in the price — no extra fees, no surprises. Free shipping is included on orders over $100 USD.

Mexico: Shipping and IVA is included on all national orders.

For all other international customers: you are responsible for any import duties or taxes in your country. Please refer to your local duty codes for details.

Returns and refunds aren’t accepted, but if your order arrives damaged, email me photos within 3 days of delivery.

Where do you ship from?

All orders are shipped from my studio in Mexico City, Mexico.

How long does it take for my order to ship?

Please allow up to 2 weeks for your order to be made and shipped. Most pieces are made to order as I am a one-person studio.

How long does delivery take?

Once shipped, UPS Worldwide Express delivers within 1–2 business days.

Which countries do you ship to?

Currently shipping to the USA, Canada, Spain, UK, and Australia.

Will I have to pay import or duty taxes?

For customers in the USA, all taxes and duties are already included in the price, so you won’t have to pay anything extra. For orders within Mexico, shipping is included on all national orders with no additional taxes or fees. For all other international customers, you are responsible for any import duties or taxes required by your country, so please check your local regulations before placing an order.

Do you accept returns or refunds?

No returns or refunds are accepted.

What if my order arrives damaged?

If your item arrives damaged, please take clear photos and email them to me within 3 days of delivery.
